Dreaming with God

There is something in me that is so desperate to see the impossible things made possible in 2018. I truly believe God is inviting us all to step out of our comfort zones this year more than ever. The old things simply aren’t going to get us where we want to go in 2018. (Old mindsets, old ways of doing life.) Gods way of doing life is so different than how the world says to do life. Kingdom mentality says set aside what you feel, think and see and step out. Regardless of circumstances. Kingdom living says the impossible is His speciality. It is the reality we all have access to live.
I am completely guilt of thinking I know how my life should go. But if we’re being honest if I were to create my ‘dream life’ all to often it would revolve around just me and I would end up pretty darn lonely. Gods dreams for us go so far beyond just us. Each dream is so intricately created in heaven. Facilitating not only my dreams, but those around me. He wants us to co-labor with not only Him but those around us. Its all about family for God. He wants all His children together walking out in fullness who He created them to be. Fully aware of how loved we are by Him.
How quickly we step into those dreams/our destiny is up to us. Have you ever felt like you started to live out a part of one of your dreams only to be faced with discouragement as it didn’t fully manifest how you imagined?

If God were to give us everything right away we would not be able to handle it. The weight of the blessing would crush us. He is continually examining and searching our hearts to see when he gives us a taste of what He has for us can we make it through discouragement? Can we make it through distraction? If so, then and only then will we find ourselves with a little more of that promise. Bit by bit, until we fully posess it.
So next time you’re handed a piece to the puzzle remember, there is more where that came from. Just keep running.
So often after the first couple steps are taken discouragement or doubt hits, people let go of the rope and say its not worth it. Friend might I remind you God specifically says in the bible do not be fearful or dismayed as His chosen people are walking in the wilderness to their promise. What does this mean? It means two things. First, fear WILL show up. Second, on the other side of fear is the promise. We must persevere to get to the other side. It doesn’t happen by sitting in fear. It happens by stepping PAST fear.
It’s not a matter of it doubt and discouragement will come. Its a matter of when. Once its come how will your heart handle it? Will you it let go and forget about it? Or will you say, I KNOW WHAT GOD PROMISED ME. I may not see it, I may not see anyway for it to manifest but I believe God at His word. So I chose to take another step and leave doubt behind. That my friend is faith. Faith is the unseen. Faith is trusting in something greater than what your senses can explain.
So today I dare you to take a step out in faith and dare to trust God at His word. The dreams He has put in your heart. The promises He has spoken over your life. They are YES and AMEN.
