Toddler approved juicing recipe

I grew up with my parents juicing. When we asked for juice, or they told us we were having juice we knew it meant the juicer. Not out of a jukebox. Juiceboxs were like dinosaurs in our household. IE: extinct. haha.

Little man LOVES juicing with me. I have given Him juice for over a year now and we definitely have our go to favorites. Our bottom drawers in the fridge are our juicing fruits and veggies. It’s a way of life over here. We both love drinking water but sometimes a juice hits the spot AND its a great way to get in extra veggies in our diet.

I included our favorite juicing recipe + what juicer I use at the bottom. So make sure and scroll all the way down.

His favorite part of helping grab fruits and veggies and taking a bite first. Without fail EVERYTIME if I don’t grab them from him quick enough every carrot and apple will have a bite taken out.

Little man doesn’t love loud noises but the juicer he doesn’t mind. Think its because he knows what comes out of it 😉

CHEERS!!

Our favorite juice recipe

[makes enough juice for parent + toddler]

4 carrots

2 LARGE apples

2-3 strawberries

It is super refreshing. And isn’t overpowering with carrots. The strawberries make it super refreshing.

I use THIS hamilton beach juicer. I have had it for two years now and its been great. Four years ago I got the bella juicer at it barely lasted a year. I was so disappointed. I had ‘splurged’ on spending nearly $100 on one thinking it would last. NOPE. motor died. The juicer I have now was under $60. You can shop for it HERE .
